Paul Brown
General Contractor, President
Paul was born in Southern Ontario and left home at the age of 19 in January 1979 to move to Alberta where he started his career in the construction industry. In the fall of 1979, Paul received the opportunity to move to the Lower Mainland where he could continue his framing career. In 1988, Paul shifted his career from framing into general contracting, establishing and incorporating Northwest Construction only one year later. In the time that Paul has experienced a successful career in the construction industry, he has also been fortunate enough to marry and raise three children in Chilliwack and is now blessed with 11 grandchildren.
Tyler Brown
General Contractor, Partner
Tyler was born and raised in Chilliwack and started a career in framing in 2007 after completing four years of technical training at the University of the Fraser Valley (UFV) to obtain his Red Seal certificate in carpentry. Tyler continued his career in framing for 12 years and, for six of those years, he led and managed the forming and framing crew on all Northwest Construction projects. In 2018, he transitioned to partner and general contractor at Northwest Construction. Tyler has been happily married since 2012 and has three children.
Missy Brown
Administrative Assistant
Missy was born and raised in Chilliwack. Before joining Northwest Construction as an administrative assistant in 2015, Missy worked as a legal administrative assistant for seven years and as a real estate administrative assistant for two years.
Mark Adams
Carpenter
Mark started his career in building custom homes in Southern Ontario for Valley View Construction in 2003. From 2004-2019, Mark served in the Canadian Armed Forces Reserves, transferring from the infantry to the construction engineers in 2010. During this time, he served at home and abroad, participating in a range construction projects—from aircraft hangars and base infrastructure to roadways and remote camps—while also obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in history. In 2017, Mark began building custom homes and commercial projects in the Fraser Valley for Northwest Construction.
