Marble Hill Custom Home Build Project in Chilliwack

Project synopsis.

Another hillside stunner! This project required considerable site preparation prior to construction getting underway. In order to ensure a flat backyard and lower level walkout, the rear of the building lot was raised almost 30′ using a rock gabion basket wall. From there, our team installed a concrete foundation wall with 18′ walls, which furnished the basement with substantial ceiling height. The large windows provide the great room with an abundance of natural light, as well as an amazing view.  These valley views are further enjoyed from the concrete deck off the second floor. The home is finished with high-end appliances, cabinets, and concrete fireplaces. Another successful project.
