Banners Restaurant Rebuild

Project synopsis.

After the existing Banners Restaurant burnt down, we were retained by the owner’s insurance company to handle the rebuild. Located in the heart of downtown Chilliwack, this project brought forth many challenges, particularity as we were faced with tying into an older, existing building. This building now features new water services extending throughout the entire strip-mall, new sprinkler system and full height concrete walls; this building was built to last.
