Project synopsis.
One of the more unique custom builds we have been part of! This hillside custom house has a functional bridge connecting the garage and carriage house to the third floor of the main house. Timber trusses support the entire main houses roof system, and the entire floor throughout is true 2×6 T&G installed at framing stage to give it that “rustic” feel.
