Contemporary Custom Home Build Project in Chilliwack

Project synopsis.

This project commenced with the demolition and removal of an older home from the property.  Once clearing the lot was complete, construction of this unique contemporary home was able to move forward.  The exterior features a combination of horizontal hardi siding, large smooth panels and brick creating a striking visual.  The interior showcases a spacious open concept main-floor with unique light fixtures and bold feature walls.  The ensuite includes a sleek custom tile shower, rain shower head and skylight creating a bright and relaxing spa-like atmosphere.  To top it off, a fully finished in-law suite is located above the garage.
